This café was inspired by the brand name. Alluding to the science of making cakes, this space is laid out such that the entrance is the start of the process of creating a cake, and the exit displays the perfect final products.

The design is reminiscent of a factory which invites visitors to explore their processes and production line. The masterpieces are on display like artwork in a gallery, and the main lighting feature provides a focus on the coffee and pastry bar as vital heart of the "factory".
